CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS ABOUT THE COURSE
Confirmation of registration will be by email. About two weeks before the start of the course, a complete program information sheet will be sent. In case of non-receipt within the aforementioned times, ask your International Instructor of reference or info@reconnectiveacademy.com

ENROLLMENT REFUND POLICY
Once paid, registration fees for ONE EXPERIENCE, CPR or any other face-to-face training program are non-refundable. If a member wishes to reschedule their participation in a course or live training event, their registration is transferable to the same event at another date and/or location. Transfer is only possible on condition that this request is sent in writing with at least thirty (30) days notice from the start of the course for which you have registered. The transfer is valid ONLY for courses or events occurring within one (1) year of the date of the Course in which you were originally enrolled. After the positive verification of the above mentioned conditions, the confirmation of the transfer will be sent by e-mail. The member will be charged an administrative fee of €50 (fifty) for managing the transfer. You may not sell or transfer registrations for the Courses to another person. If you purchased an Open Ticket, you must confirm your presence in the chosen course 15 (fifteen) days before the start of the course, sending an email to info@reconnectiveacademy.com and to your International Reference Instructor. For Open Tickets, the first change of location is free, from the second transfer onwards, the member will be charged an administrative fee of €50 (fifty).

CANCELLATION POLICY / RETURNS / REGISTRATION / DISCOUNT RETURNS
We reserve all rights to cancel or postpone ONE EXPERIENCE, CPR and any other live training course at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a live course, we will attempt to reschedule the canceled or postponed live immersion event within twelve (12) months of the original start date. Fees paid by subscribers for a canceled or postponed live event will carry over to the rescheduled course. Only in the event that Reconnective Academy International decides not to reschedule the canceled course will the member be offered a refund. In that case, our liability is limited to refunding ONLY the registration fee already paid. No refunds will be given for flight/train tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses that the member may incur or have incurred as a result of cancellations. or travel changes. No further refunds will be recognized for any reason. Refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of ordering.

No refunds are given if the cancellation or postponement of the course of care is due to force majeure, not at our discretion and discretion. Also in this case, registrations will be transferred to the first course of the same type, which will be held as soon as possible, in accordance with the regulations in force.

Live Course dates and locations are subject to change without notice.

The right to change all live course instructors is reserved without notice.

Discounts associated with the original purchase are non-transferable. Discounted enrollments can only be transferred directly to other courses that are currently priced at or above the original purchase price. For these transfers, an administrative fee of €25 (twenty-five) will be applied. The sale or transfer of registrations or credits for courses is not permitted. Discounted prices shown online are not combinable with other offers and are subject to tax, if applicable.

Software or downloadable products are non-refundable. We will only replace or repair products found to be defective at our discretion. Software or downloadable products are non-refundable.

By enrolling in a Live Immersion training course, you acknowledge that Reconnection LLC and Reconnective Academy International do not provide any guarantee or certainty that at the end of the course the student will achieve sufficient understanding and knowledge to become a Reconnective Healing professional.

Regardless of becoming a Certified Practitioner (Foundational Facilitator), once paid, the registration fee is no longer refundable. The fact that the subscriber after the course does not become a Foundational Facilitator does not entitle to any refund.
